- marjoram (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Cook blood sausage in hot salted water for about 20 minutes, not boiling but near the boiling point. Peel onions and cut into wedges.
2.
In hot butter slowly cook onions until golden brown and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates with sausages. Serve garnished with marjoram.
