300 grams Broccoli
600 grams Salmon (ready to cook, skinless)

2 Tbsps lemon juice
200 milliliters Vegetable broth
200 milliliters Fish broth
4 sprigs parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Peel carrots, halve lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Rinse and dry celery, cut diagonally into slices. Rinse leek and cut lengthwise, cut into strips. Rinse broccoli adn cut into florets.

Rinse salmon and pat dry, divide into 4 equal portions. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.

Combine vegetable and fish broths in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Arrange vegetables in a bamboo steamer, season with salt and pepper and place salmon on top. Cover with parsley and close. Steam over boiling broth for about 10 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
