4 slices Salmon (about 120 grams))
vegetable oil (for the mold)

2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp grated Lemon peel
1 Cucumber
2 Tbsps Fruit Vinegar
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp liquid honey
1 tsp Mustard

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse the salmon fillets, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion, cut into rings and put side by side in an oiled pan. Place the salmon on it, sprinkle with lemon juice and cover with aluminum foil. Place in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and let stand for about 5 minutes in the switched-off oven.

Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and cut into small cubes.

Add the vinegar, oil, honey, salt, pepper and mustard in a bowl and mix. Add dill and diced cucumber, mix and season. Arrange the salmon on the onion with the cucumber salad. Serve with potatoes to taste.
