200 grams fresh Salmon
juice of lemons
300 grams Cucumber
4 small potatoes
2 Tbsps Sour cream
1 tsp Horseradish (grated, if necessary from a jar)
1 Tbsp Dill (finely chopped)
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the salmon into bite-size cubes.

Bring 1 liter of water (approximately 4 1/4 cups) with 1 teaspoon salt and the lemon juice to simmer. Add salmon, cook about 4 minutes, remove and let cool.

Clean potatoes and cook in the same cooking water about 20 minutes. Remove, let cool, then cut in half.

Rinse cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and cut crosswise into slices, Mix with sour cream, horseradish and dill, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the potatoes and carefully fold in the salmon cubes, then serve.
