- 4 Sirloin steak (each about 180-200 grams)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil
- For the grilled vegetables
- paprika (1 red, yellow and green, cut into strips)
- 2 Red onions (cut into wedges)
- 12 small button Mushroom (or vegetables to taste)
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
For the steaks: Season the steaks with salt and pepper, coat with oil and cook on the hot grill on both sides for 2 - 4 minutes (depending on the desired degree of doneness).
2.
For the vegetables: Add vegetables at the edge of the grill, season with salt and pepper and brush with the oil and grill about 20 minutes, turning and brushing with oil occasionally.
