4 Corn (pre-cooked)
2 Bell pepper (Red and yellow)
salt
2 sprigs rosemary

freshly ground pepper
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry corn. Brush with oil. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into quarters. Brush with oil. Grill vegetables slowly until cooked, about 10-15 minutes.

2.

Heat oil in a pan and cook steaks for 3 minutes on both sides. Pluck rosemary needles. Season steaks with salt and pepper and add rosemary. Cut steaks into thick slices and serve with grilled vegetables.
