50 grams Salmon caviar (or more, to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Toast bread in the toaster until light brown and cut out with a cookie cutter into 8-9 cm large stars (approximately 3-4 inches).

2.

Mix crème fraîche with lemon juice and  season with salt to taste. Top canapes with creme frainche and salmon caviar. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
