- 200 grams Crème fraiche
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 1 tsp Horseradish (from a jat)
- lemon juice
- freshly ground peppers
- 50 grams black Caviar
- 50 grams Salmon caviar (or trout caviar)
- 1 bunch Chives

Preparation steps
1.
Cut baguette into slices and toast, if desired.
2.
Whisk crème fraîche with sour cream until smooth. Season with horseradish, lemon juice and pepper and spread on baguette slices. Top each slice with caviar. Rinse and dry chives, cut into rings and sprinkle on sandwiches. Serve.
