1 tsp Horseradish (from a jat)
lemon juice
freshly ground peppers
50 grams black Caviar
50 grams Salmon caviar (or trout caviar)
1 bunch Chives

Preparation steps

1.

Cut baguette into slices and toast, if desired. 

2.

Whisk crème fraîche with sour cream until smooth. Season with horseradish, lemon juice and pepper and spread on baguette slices. Top each slice with caviar. Rinse and dry chives, cut into rings and sprinkle on sandwiches. Serve.
