- 8 slices Toast
- 60 grams Crème fraiche
- 4 Tbsps Salmon caviar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the mache and spin dry. Transfer to plates.

Toast the bread and with a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut a star from each slice. Put a dab of creme fraiche on four stars and top each with another star. Place on top of the mache and spread the remaining creme fraiche on top. Top with a spoonful of salmon caviar. Drizzle the lemon juice over and serve garnished with dill.
