6 slices white bread (crust removed)

4 slices Turkey ham

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce, spin dry, cut into thin strips and mix with the mayonnaise.

2.

Spread 4 slices of white bread with butter. Top each with lettuce, 1 slice of turkey ham, egg and tomato slices. Stack 2 slices on each other, then put a blank bread slice on top of each. Secure with toothpicks and toast golden brown in a preheated oven broiler.
