3 Tbsps chopped Dill
1 tsp olive oil

2 slices Smoked salmon
1 Tomato
¼ Cucumber

Preparation steps

In a bowl, stir the quark with the dill and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Rinse the tomato and cut into thin slices. Rinse the cucumber and cut into slices.

Spread the cheese mixture on each bread slice. Top 1 bread slice with the smoked salmon and tomato slices.

Place another piece of bread on top with the quark side facing up. Top with smoked salmon and cucumber slices. Place the final bread slice on top with the quark side facing down. Cut in half and serve.
