- 100 grams carrots
- 3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 100 grams Walnut
Preparation steps

Rinse the spinach thoroughly, trim and shake dry.

Peel the carrots and grate coarsely.
3.
Mix the vinegar with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix into the spinach and carrots.
