- 4 ripe, orange Pear
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 80 grams Walnut
- 5 Tbsps Walnut oil
- 3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- Hard cheese (to taste, such as parmesan)
Preparation steps

Rinse, trim, and dry the spinach. Rinse the pears, halve, emove the seeds, cut into wedges, and drizzle with lemon juice. Divide the spinach onto 4 plates and top with the pear slices, walnuts, and grated cheese.

Combine the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to make a vinaigrette. Drizzle over the salads, and serve immediately with fresh, crusty bread.
