Ingredients
- Ingredients
- 200 grams Spinach
- 100 grams Wild garlic
- salt
- 60 grams melted butter
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 125 grams Quark
- 50 grams grated Mountain cheese (such as Gruyère)
- 1 egg
- peppers
- 250 grams Filo dough
- 50 grams Sesame seeds
Preparation steps
Rinse spinach and wild garlic, blanch in boiling water for a few minutes. Rinse in cold eater and drain well. Chop together coarsely and place in a bowl. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and saute onion and garlic until translucent. Cool and combine with wild garlic and spinach. Add quark, cheese and egg, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut filo pastry into about 7 x 22 cm strips (approximately 3 x 9 inches). Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling on the lower end of a strip. Fold in lower corner up to the side edge. Continue folding dough to make multi-layered triangles. Brush the edges with melted butter and press the edges together gently. Make the rest of pastries in the same manner.
Arrange triangles on a lined with parchment paper baking sheet and brush with remaining butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve warm or cool.
