30 grams Pine nuts
200 grams Feta
3 Tbsps olive oil
60 milliliters White vinegar
1 tsp honey

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the fusilli in boiling salt water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Rinse and pluck the large leaves of the spinach. Blanch the spinach in boiling salt water for 2 minutes. Rinse the spinach leaves with cold water. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Dry roast the pine nuts until golden brown. Drain and crumble the feta cheese.

3.

Whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the dressing with the pasta, spinach, pine nuts and feta cheese. Distribute on plates and serve.
