Preparation steps

For the spaghetti Put a large pot of salted water. Peel and chop the garlic, chillies crumble. Heat the olive oil in a pan, garlic and chilli to give

For the spaghetti, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Peel and chop the garlic, and crumble the chili into pieces. Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the garlic and chili.

Shortly before the spaghetti has finished cooking, return the pan with the garlic to the heat. Stir 3-4 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water to the pan.

Drain the spaghetti, add to the pan, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the arugula over the pan, and toss until well combined.

Transfer to warmed plates, shave parmesan cheese over the top, and serve immediately.
