- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 dried chili pepper
- salt

- Parmesan
Preparation steps
For the spaghetti Put a large pot of salted water. Peel and chop the garlic, chillies crumble. Heat the olive oil in a pan, garlic and chilli to give
For the spaghetti, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Peel and chop the garlic, and crumble the chili into pieces. Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the garlic and chili.
Sauté briefly, making sure the garlic doesn't burn. The garlic will turn bitter if this happens.
Remove the pan from the heat. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water, and cook according the package directions until al dente.
Rinse and dry the arugula. Remove the leaves and coarsely chop.
Shortly before the spaghetti has finished cooking, return the pan with the garlic to the heat. Stir 3-4 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water to the pan.
Drain the spaghetti, add to the pan, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the arugula over the pan, and toss until well combined.
Transfer to warmed plates, shave parmesan cheese over the top, and serve immediately.
