500 grams Spaghetti
salt
2 shallots
1 garlic clove
1 Red chili pepper
400 grams Tuna (in its own juice)
3 Tbsps olive oil
freshly ground peppers
1 handful Arugula (trimmed, rinsed and spun dry)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, peel the shallots and the garlic and finely chop.

Rinse chile pepper, remove seeds and cut into fine pieces. Drain the tuna and tear into pieces. Sauté shallots and garlic in hot olive oil, add tuna and chile pepper, sauté briefly and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Drain the spaghetti and combine with the tuna. Arrange on warmed plates and garnish with the arugula. Serve immediately.
