- 1 tsp hot Mustard
- ¾ cup natural vegetable oil (e. g. sunflower oil or maize germ oil)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Chili flakes

Preparation steps
1.
Place the egg yolks and the mustard in a bowl with some salt.
2.
Beat with a whisk and then add the oil - drop-by-drop at first and then in a thin stream - stirring continuously. The mayonnaise should be shiny, thick and creamy.
3.
Season with lemon juice and chilli flakes and serve.
