- 4 Tbsps brown sugar
- 2 chili peppers
- 10 cloves
- 10 bay leaves
- 6 allspice
- 3 tsps Mustard seed
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 20 milliliters Sherry vinegar
- 20 milliliters apple cider vinegar

Preparation steps
1.
Pierce eggs and boil until hard for 10 minutes. Rinse and peel.
2.
Bring 1 liter (approximately 17 ounces) of water to a boil. Rinse chile peppers and cut in half. Scrape out seeds. Add chile peppers, salt, sugar and spices to water. When sugar has dissolved, add both vinegars and pour marinade over eggs.
3.
Allow to infuse overnight and serve.
