3 red Bell pepper
4 Tbsps Canola oil
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
200 grams Linguine
salt
4 Pork saddle steaks (each 160 grams)
peppers
ground paprika

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and chop onions and garlic. Rinse bell peppers, trim and cut into strips.

2.

For the pepper sauce, heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Sauté onions over medium heat until soft. Add garlic and bell peppers and sauté 3 minutes.

Add vegetable broth, boil, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Meanwhile season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat remaining oil in a large skillet and fry steaks on each side for 2-3 minutes and season again with pepper.

Mix sauce with an immersion blender and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer uncovered over low heat for 5 minutes. 

7.

Drain pasta and season with paprika. To serve, arrange steaks, pasta and sauce on 4 plates.
