Pepper Steak with Vegetables
Preheat oven to 100°C (approximately 200°F).
Rinse steaks, pat dry and sear on all sides in 2 tablespoons of hot oil. Season with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet. Cook in preheated oven for 10-25 minutes, depending on personal steak temperature preference. Turn once during cooking.
For the vegetables, rinse peppers, trim and cut into rings. Rinse oyster mushrooms and cut into strips. In remaining oil, cook mushrooms for 1-2 minutes. Add peppers and simmer together for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and distribute on plates. Put steaks on top and serve.
