75 grams powdered sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the oranges and blood oranges, remove the flesh in whole segments, and squeeze any remaining juice. Set aside. Rinse the chile, cut in half, remove seeds, chop finely and mix with the orange segments.

Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Mix the cheese with the vanilla and powdered sugar for about 5 minutes until creamy, then stir in the orange juice.

Divide the cheese mixture between 4 bowls and spread evenly. Layer the fruit and peppers over them. Rinse the mint, shake dry and remove the leaves. Garnish and serve.
