- 8 sm stalks Leeks
- salt
- 1 tsp Canola oil
- 8 slices ham (160 g)
- 1 Tbsp butter (15 g)
- 1 Tbsp Pastry flour (20 g)
- 200 milliliters Beef broth
- 200 milliliters
- peppers
- Nutmeg
- 1 pc Gruyere (30 g)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and halve the leeks. Boil in salted water for about 8 minutes. Remove, rinse and drain well.

Prepare a baking dish with oil. Wrap the 2 pieces of leek with 1 slice of ham and place in the dish.

Heat the butter in a pan. Sauté the flour over a medium heat. Pour in the broth and the milk, stir well and simmer for about 5 minutes over a medium heat until creamy. Season with salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg.
4.
Grate the cheese. Spoon the sauce over the leeks and shower with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400ºF) until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
Serve hot.
