- 100 grams ham
- 2 stalks Leeks
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 50 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 50 milliliters Whipped cream
- 100 grams Cheddar cheese (grated)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
- For preparing
- 8 Patties

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 390°F).

Cut ham into small cubes. Rinse leek and cut greens lengthwise into thin strips, set 1-2 tablespoons aside. Cut whites into thin half-rings. Peel and mince garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic. Add ham and fry briefly, then add the leeks and fry. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Deglaze with broth and cream. Cook vegetables until al dente. Stir in cheese and allow to melt. Season vegetables to taste.
3.
Heat oil in a pan and fry remaining leeks until golden brown.
4.
Defrost and bake vol-au-vent according to package instructions.
5.
Place ham mixture into baked pastry. Garnish with leeks and serve hot.
