- 1 ½ cups cubed Feta
- 1 ½ cups cubed Watermelon
- 8 slices Prosciutto (cut into thin strips)
- 2 Tbsps chopped, fresh mint
- 1 Tbsp fresh Lime juice
- 2 Tbsps good quality olive oil
- 4 warmed Tortillas (8-10 inches each)
Preparation steps

Combine the cubed avocado, feta, watermelon, prosciutto, and mint. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Gently toss to coat. Spoon mixture into individual tortillas and serve.
