- 2 Tbsps butter (melted)
- 9 ozs Yufka pastry
- 1 egg white
- 2 red chili peppers (seeds and inner skin removed, sliced.)
- 1 ⅓ cups goat cream cheese (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 220C (200C fan) 425F, gas 7.
2.
Brush the cups of a muffin pan with the melted butter.
3.
Cut the yufta pastry sheets into 24 squares of approx. 12 x 12 cm. Brush half the squares with egg white and set the rest on top, slightly offset. Press the squares carefully into the muffin pan and brush with the remaining butter.
4.
Fill the tarts with the chile peppers and goat's cheese. Sprinkle with a little thyme and bake for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown.
