1 Non-stick pan, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Mortar, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Oven rack, 2 cups, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Fine grater

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and line the baking tray with grease-proof paper.

To make the dough sieve the flour and add the butter, a pinch of salt and approx. 60 ml water and knead quickly into a smooth dough. Wrap in cling-film and leave to rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Mix together the cream, Parmesan and eggs and season with salt and ground black pepper.
4.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface place on the baking tray and form an edge. Place the potatoes and the onions on the dough and pour the egg-cream mixture over the top. Bake for 30 minutes.
5.
Remove the quiche from the oven and add the pepper and the cheese. Bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown and serve.
