- 4 Chicken breasts (about 160 grams)
- 225 grams Rice flour
- 325 milliliters cold water
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch Curry powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 chili pepper
- 80 grams Chili sauce (sweet Sour)
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- Rice flour (to tack)

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into roughly equal strips.
For the batter, add water to the flour and mix until smooth. Add in the egg yolks, cayenne pepper, curry powder and salt and mix to a dense batter. Use a little more or less water to adjust the consistency of batter.
Dip the chicken breast pieces in batter and fry in hot oil in batches until golden brown for 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Rinse the chile pepper and cut into slices.
For the sweet and sour dip, mix the chile sauce with lime juice and honey in a bowl.
Sprinkle the fried chicken breast with chile pepper and serve with sweet and sour dip.
