- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 300 grams Pineapple (diced)
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 50 milliliters Pineapple juice
- 100 milliliters Chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- salt
- Chili sauce
Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into strips.

Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs, and cut into strips.
3.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast strips. Add in the bell peppers and pineapple, and pour in the pineapple juice and chicken stock. Then season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the honey, vinegar, salt and chile sauce and serve with rice.
