Preparation steps

Rinse the lime in hot water. Finely grate half of the zest. Squeeze 1 tablespoon of the juice from the lime. Rinse the chilis, halve lengthwise, remove the seeds, and finely dice. Mix the softened butter with the lime zest, lime juice, chili, and cinnamon. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Chill the butter in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator 20 minutes prior to serving. Mix well, and let soften slightly.
