4 Tbsps sugar

Preparation steps

Boil the milk and rice milk in a saucepan. Rinse the rice in a colander, drain well and add to the boiling milk. Add the cardamom, saffron and vanilla bean and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. The rice should be soft and the rice pudding should have a creamy consistency. Stir in the sugar and transfer to bowls.

Sprinkle with the almonds and pistachios and serve warm.
