1 garlic clove
1 oz ginger
1 green chili pepper
2 Tbsps soybean oil
14 ozs mixed Ground meat
3 ozs Beef broth
2 scallions
2 Lettuce
7 ozs Egg noodle
salt
1 tsp Hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp dry sherry
1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro

Peel and finely chop shallot, garlic and ginger. Rinse and halve chile. Remove seeds and ribs and cut into thin strips.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Sauté shallot, garlic, ginger and chile until translucent. Add ground meat and fry until crumbly and browned. Add broth and seal the pot. Heat until the 2nd ring is visible. Cook about 8 minutes. Remove from heat, let steam evaporate slowly and open.

Meanwhile, rinse, trim and thinly slice scallions crosswise. Separate lettuce into leaves. Rinse and shake dry.

Cook pasta until al dente, according to package instructions.

Mix ground meat with hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sherry. Season well with salt and pepper. Cut drained pasta into smaller pieces if desired. Mix pasta and cilantro into ground meat. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and sprinkle with scallions.
