1 small Cantaloupe (peeled, deseeded and cubed)
1 Pineapple (chunks)
1 Orange (peeled, pith removed and sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Put the apple juice, honey and cinnamon in a small pan and simmer gently for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Put the pears, melon, pineapple and orange into a bowl and stir in the apple juice mixture.
