- 2 cups Apple juice
- 2 tsps honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 conference Pear (cored and sliced)
- 1 small Cantaloupe (peeled, deseeded and cubed)
- 1 Pineapple (chunks)
- 1 Orange (peeled, pith removed and sliced)
- 16 Cherries

Preparation steps
1.
Put the apple juice, honey and cinnamon in a small pan and simmer gently for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat.
2.
Put the pears, melon, pineapple and orange into a bowl and stir in the apple juice mixture.
3.
Spoon into serving glasses and garnish with the cherries.
