Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 390°F). Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally. Place each divided chicken breast on a parchment sheet. Rinse the scallions and distribute over the chicken.

Divide the cinnamon, star anise, cloves, cardamom, soy sauce and honey between the chicken. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt to taste. Fold the edges of the parchment paper inwards, like a bag of candy, and tie with string. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
