- 4 large carrots (peeled, or 375 ml/1.5 cups carrot juice)
- 1 cup natural Yogurt
- lemon juice (from one lemon)
- Chili flakes
- 4 Baby carrots (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Juice the carrots.

Blend the carrot juice with the yoghurt and lemon juice. Season with a little salt.
3.
Pour into glasses, sprinkle with chilli flakes and garnish with the baby carrots.
