4 large carrots (peeled, or 375 ml/1.5 cups carrot juice)
1 cup natural Yogurt
lemon juice (from one lemon)
Chili flakes
4 Baby carrots (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Juice the carrots.
2.
Blend the carrot juice with the yoghurt and lemon juice. Season with a little salt.
3.
Pour into glasses, sprinkle with chilli flakes and garnish with the baby carrots.
