2 Mangoes (peeled)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsps honey
2 tsps ground cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) 375°F gas 5.

Slice the mangoes parallel to the stone to remove a disc of flesh Turn the mango around and slice off the other half.

Make crosswise cuts into the mango flesh, being careful not to cut through the skin.

Place the mangoes, flesh side up in a baking dish. Pour over the lemon juice and drizzle over the honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
