- 60 grams softened butter
- 70 grams cane sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 60 grams sour Whipped cream
- 200 grams Pastry flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsps Ground cinnamon
- 1 generous pinch ground cloves
- 1 generous pinch allspice
- 30 cloves
- 3 Tbsps powdered sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Mix in the egg yolk and sour cream. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves and allspice. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and quickly mix into a smooth dough.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a teaspoon to portion out heaps of the dough. With moistened hands, shape the dough into small balls and place on the lined baking sheet.

Press a clove into the center of each cookie. Bake for about 15 mintues at 180°C (approximately 350°F). Remove from the oven, let cool and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
