This punch without alcohol is a delicious light refreshment on warm spring days for young and old. Biotin from strawberries strengthens hair and nails and makes the skin glow.

If you want to save a little sugar, you can omit the agave syrup and reduce the amount of apple juice. Try a variety of herbs with this punch: Thyme and Rosemary would be excellent substitutes!

18 ozs Strawberries
2 Tbsps Agave syrup
1 lemon (juice)
26 ozs Apple juice
26 ozs Sparkling water (chilled)

Preparation steps

1.

Wash herbs, shake dry, tie into a bouquet and hang upside down to wilt for about 1 hour.

2.

In the meantime, clean, wash and chop strawberries. Mix agave syrup, lemon juice and 16 ounces apple juice.

3.

Leave herb bouquets hanging in the mixture, preferably with the stems not protruding into the juice. Cover and let steep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

4.

Remove the herbs and add the remaining juice and cold sparkling water.
