125 grams Squid ring
400 grams Spaghetti
salt
500 grams Haddock fillet
1 each red, yellow and green Bell pepper
1 bunch scallions
6 Tbsps olive oil
1 lemon (juiced)
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
185 grams mussels
100 grams Crabmeat
white freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Thaw squid. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain well.

2.

Rinse haddock, pat dry and cut into bite-size pieces. Rinse, dry and halve peppers. Remove seeds and inner white skins, then cube. Rinse scallions, pat dry and slice into rings.

3.

Heat the olive oil and saute peppers, squid and scallions. Add lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Turn off heat. Add haddock and stew with the vegetables for 5-6 minutes.

4.

Drain clams. Mix with crabs, heating briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything with spaghetti and serve.
