400 grams Spaghetti
100 grams smoked Bacon
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 eggs
75 grams Parmesan (grated)
25 grams pecorino romano (grated)
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Add the eggs to a large bowl with the parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper and whisk until combined. 

2.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente. 

3.

Finely dice the bacon. Cook in a pan with a little oil until crisp. Peel the garlic, pass through a press into the pan, and stir until combined. 

4.

Drain the spaghetti and add to the pan with the bacon. Stir quickly to combine, then transfer to the bowl with the egg mixture. Toss the mixture until thoroughly combined. Garnish with the grated pecorino cheese and serve immediately.
