300 milliliters Whipped cream

240 grams Smoked bacon
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps olive oil
75 grams grated Parmesan (4-5 handfuls)

Preparation steps

Cook the spaghetti on boiling salted water until al dente.

Mix the egg yolks and the cream in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper and whisk together. Finely dice the bacon. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the bacon and garlic over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Add the drained pasta to the pan. Remove the pan from the heat, and mix in the egg-cream mixture. Mix in the pan until thickened, stirring constantly, 3-4 minutes. Mix in the parmesan cheese, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, and serve.
