Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 220°C (200°C in a fan oven), 425°F, gas 7 and line a baking tray with grease-proof paper
2.
Place the cheeses on the prepared baking tray. Mix together the almonds, a pinch of lemon zest, the bread crumbs, herbs and olive oil and season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Place the mixture on top of the cheeses and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. If desired, serve with a mixed leaf salad.
