Preparation steps

1.
Puree and sieve the kiwis. Mix together the kiwi puree with 100 ml water and the icing sugar and reduce to about one third. Pour into a bowl and leave to cool.
2.
Place the goats' cheese on plates, drizzle with some of the kiwi sauce and place the strawberries on top of the cheese. If desired, garnished with pistacho-almond biscuits.
