1.
Break the crispbreads into small pieces and toast in a dry frying pan with the hazelnuts for about 2 minutes.
2.
Drizzle over 2 tbsp of honey, cook for one minute stirring all the time then pour onto a plate to cool.
3.
Mix the remaining honey with the quark, milk and lemon juice and spoon into serving dishes.
4.
Top with the peach slices and the topping and serve immediately.
