- ½ Lime (juiced)
- 200 milliliters Sour cream
- 6 Coriander
- cilantro (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the cilantro, then remove the leaves from the stems. Dice the pineapple, then puree with the lime juice, cilantro, and sour cream in a blender. Pour the mixture into glasses, and top with the coriander seeds and cilantro. Serve well chilled.
