- ½ medium sized Pineapple
- 1 Banana
- 3 Tbsps honey (plus more to taste)
- 100 milliliters freshly squeezed Orange juice
- ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon
- 400 milliliters Buttermilk
- Orange peel (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the pineapple, remove the hard core, and cut into cubes. Add the pineapple to a small plate, and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Peel the banana and cut into slices. Puree the pineapple, banana, honey, orange juice, cinnamon, and some of the buttermilk in a blender. Add the remaining buttermilk until the desired consistency has been reached. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses.
3.
Garnish with the orange peel and serve.
