- 150 grams Quark (low-fat)
- 4 Tbsps Natural yogurt
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- ¼ Cucumber
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 8 sm slices whole grain bread
- 250 grams smoked trout
- peppers
- ½ bed Cress (or watercress)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the quark with the yogurt, scallions and lemon juice until creamy. Season with salt.
2.
Rinse the cucumber and thinly slice. Rinse the lettuce, shake dry and pluck into smaller pieces. Spread the quark mixture on the bread.
3.
Top each piece of bread with a little lettuce, cucumber slices and smoked trout, dividing evenly. Sprinkle with pepper, garnish with cress and serve.
