Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Beat eggs in a bowl with crème fraîche and thyme and season with nutmeg, pepper and a little salt. Pour into a tart pan or baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper. Tear salmon apart with a fork, spread over \egg mixture, cover with pieces of butter and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and serve cut into pieces.
