- 1 shallot (diced)
- 1 Tbsp rapeseed oil
- ⅞ cup cream
- ⅞ cup vegetable stock
- 4 Radish (finely sliced)
- 18 ozs Spaghetti
- 1 Tbsp Corn starch (as required)
- 2 handfuls mixed Fresh herbs (e. g. parsley, chervil and dill, finely chopped)
- lemon juice
- 7 ozs smoked Salmon (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Fry the shallot in oil and add the cream and the stock. Add the radishes and simmer for around 10 minutes.
2.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salt water until al dente.
3.
If desired thicken the sauce with the cornflour stirred into a little cold water. Stir in the herbs and remove from the heat. Season with salt, ground black pepper and lemon juice.
4.
Mix the spaghetti with the sauce and the salmon and serve on preheated plates.
