- For the meat
- 150 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)
- 2 Smoked trout (skinned and boned)
- For the burger
- 250 grams sour Whipped cream
- 2 tsps Mustard seed
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp chopped Dill
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ Cucumber
- 6 small Tomatoes
- Lettuce (such as: radicchio, romaine, etc.)
- 1 cooked Beet
- 4 Hamburger bun

Preparation steps
1.
Soak mustard seeds in a little water and simmer for about 3 minutes, then drain and press. Combine mustard seeds, mustard, dill, vinegar, maple syrup and lemon juice. Peel eggs, mince and combine with sour cream and mustard mixture. season with salt and pepper.

Rinse and slice tomatoes and cucumber. Peel and dice beet. Cut trout fillets into chunks.

Slice rolls horizontally twice, creating 3 layers.

Add cucumbers, beets, 1/4 of the trout, some mustard sauce and some lettuce to bottom layer of bun. Add middle slice of bun and top with lettuce, tomato, salmon and sauce. Top with remaining section of bun. Serve immediately.
